  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must include all original tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Compost, manure & soil products (opened packages)
  • Fertilisers & plant food (opened containers)
  • Incinerators that show signs of use
  • Any garden tools or power tools that have been used
