Delivery & Shipping

4. What are my delivery options?
We offer two shipping methods:
– Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, 10-15 working days after dispatch (ideal for time-sensitive items)
– Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, 15-25 working days after dispatch (perfect for non-urgent, bulky items)
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.
5. Do you deliver to my country?

6. How are heavy items like compost or hot tubs packaged for delivery?
Our Stirling facility uses specialised packaging designed to protect heavy and fragile items. Compost and soil are bagged securely, while large items like hot tubs are crated with protective materials to ensure safe arrival.

While our standard options remain consistent year-round, we strategically increase stock and staffing during peak seasons to maintain our processing times. For urgent spring planting needs, we recommend opting for Standard Shipping.
