Our Stirling facility uses specialised packaging designed to protect heavy and fragile items. Compost and soil are bagged securely, while large items like hot tubs are crated with protective materials to ensure safe arrival.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please note that return shipping costs may apply, and some large items like gazebos may have specific return requirements.
